Yiwu Transportation:
Yiwu city is located in the center of Zhejiang Province and apart from its airport which has many domestic lines, other convenient transportations are also available. Here we have listed several transportations in Yiwu.
By Air:
For the first time, Yiwu Airport was used in 1991 and now it is one of the well-known airports in China. It is 5 kilometers away from downtown and it is the only county-level airport in central Zhejiang Province. The airline has connected some big cities in China, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi’an, Kunming, and Chengdu.
Train:
In Yiwu city, for the first time, the railway was used in 2006 which is located 10 kilometers away from the city center in Changjiangban village of Houzhai street. It is really convenient and every day a lot of people use the railway to get to their destinations. Trains from Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Nanjing, and some other large cities can directly get here.
Long-distance buses:
There are four long-distance bus stations in Yiwu:
Bingwang Passenger Center: from this bus station, people can get to nine provinces and other parts of Zhenjiang province in China. Every day, there are six buses departing to Shanghai, exactly at 8:20, 9:50, 11:50, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:30.
There is a special route for those who want to go to Hangzhou. Every day, from 06:30 to 18:10, there are buses departing Hangzhou every 20 minutes. The return ones will depart from Hangzhou South Station every 20 minutes from 07:00 am to 18:40. And buses to Ningbo will depart hourly from 06:30 to 18:10.

Jiangdong passenger Station:
This bus station has connected Yiwu city with Wenzhou, Taizhou, Dongyang and Yongkang, and different parts of Zhejiang Province.

South passenger Station:
Through this bus station, people from Yiwu can get to Jinhua, Quzhou, Lanxi, Wuxi, and some parts of Zhejiang Province.

Taxi and buses are mostly used inside the city and some of them are running even day and night.
City Bus:
In Yiwu city, there are more than 50 bus lines. Buses play an important role in the Yiwu city since they are the main transportation vehicles in the city. 28 out of 50 bus lines are operating inside the city while the rest are operating between the surrounding towns and urban areas.
Taxi:
Around 1400 taxis are running inside the city to facilitate the transportation services. In Yiwu city taxis are mainly in green and blue colors. While using Taxi, for the first 2 kilometers you have to pay CNY8 and it costs CNY2.5 for each additional kilometer. Besides buses, taxis are also used by a huge amount of people in the Yiwu city.
